Injection Moulding

We make it incredibly easy for you to scale your production from prototyping to volume production. With access to UK & International injection moulding facilities, we pride ourselves on ensuring that costs are competitive whilst ensuring quality

and lead times are first class.

Plastic Injection Moulding

Our plastic injection moulding process produces custom - rapid prototypes and end-use production parts in 15 days or less.

We use aluminium moulds that offer cost-efficient tooling and

accelerated manufacturing cycles, and stock more than

100 different thermoplastic resins.

- High level of accuracy (Tool possible up to +/- 0.08mm)

- Low, medium and high volume production parts

- Extensive range of materials and colours available including recyclable             -materials

- Choice of surface finishes

- Aluminium and Steel Moulds available for lower & higher volume runs

- Low part costs due to economy of scale

- Broad range of sector of applications (Consumer, Automotive etc)

- Parts produced in less than 15 days

Liquid Silicone Rubber

Liquid silicone rubber moulding is a thermoset process that mixes a two-component compound together, which is then heat cured in the mould with a platinum catalyst to produce a final LSR part.

- High level of accuracy (Tool possible up to +/- 0.08mm)

- Low, medium and high volume production parts

- Range of silicone based materials available with different properties and     _hardness's

- Choice of surface finishes

- Low part costs due to economy of scale

- Broad range of sector of applications (Medical, Automotive etc)

Overmoulding & Insert Moulding

Our rapid overmoulding and insert moulding processes produce custom prototypes and on-demand production parts in as fast as 15 days. We use aluminium moulds that offer cost-efficient tooling, producing parts from a range of thermoplastic and liquid silicone rubber materials.
