PA12-CF (Nylon 12 10% Carbon Filled)
PA12-CF is a carbon-fibre-reinforced nylon engineered for exceptional stiffness, strength, and dimensional stability. Combining the toughness of PA12 with the rigidity of carbon fibre, it delivers high strength-to-weight performance and low moisture absorption, ideal for functional and structural parts that demand precision and durability.
Optimised for FDM 3D printing, PA12-CF produces rigid, accurate components with a smooth matte finish and minimal warpage. It’s perfectly suited for automotive, aerospace, and industrial applications from brackets and housings to tooling and jigs — offering a reliable, lightweight alternative to machined metal parts.
Max Print Volume 500 x 500 x 700mm
