PA6/12-CF CO-PA

PA6/12 Co-Polymer is a hybrid nylon blend that combines the mechanical strength of PA6 with the low moisture absorption and dimensional stability of PA12. Engineered for industrial FDM 3D printing, PA6/12 offers a stable printing process with reduced warping and improved inter-layer adhesion compared to standard nylon 6. It maintains high strength under load, performs well in variable environmental conditions, and resists oils, greases, and many chemicals ideal for demanding mechanical or automotive environments.

This balanced nylon is often chosen when pure PA6 is too moisture-sensitive or PA12 is not stiff enough, providing a middle ground of rigidity, impact strength, and process reliability that suits real-world manufacturing applications.
