ASA is a high-performance engineering polymer designed for outdoor, automotive, and industrial parts that must withstand UV exposure, weather, and mechanical stress without compromising appearance or accuracy.

More UV-stable and weatherproof alternative to ABS, ASA maintains its colour, strength, and dimensional stability even after long-term exposure to sunlight and temperature fluctuations. Excellent inter-layer bonding, and a smooth satin finish producing parts that are both structurally reliable and visually refined straight off the printer.

Engineered for functional prototypes, production components, and exterior applications, ASA delivers the toughness and rigidity required for demanding use while resisting fading, cracking, and environmental degradation. Its combination of strength, impact resistance, and outdoor durability makes it an ideal choice for automotive trims, housings, fixtures, and enclosures that need to perform and look professional over time.

With excellent chemical resistance and heat stability up to around 100 °C, ASA offers a balanced solution between mechanical performance and environmental endurance. It is a dependable polymer for real-world conditions.
